Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Newaygo that are seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to address root causes of inefficiencies.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement through training, communication, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular process audits to sustain gains and identify new opportunities for optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Black Belt or Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
  • Proven experience utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Minitab, statistical process control).
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and coach teams on CI principles and tools.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop continuous improvement practitioners.
  • Experience implementing automation or digital transformation initiatives.
